		<description>Eco Centre-

Hey this is a fantastic idea. Not teaching you to suck eggs but trying to do a decent pilot project for a community space means you will have to work like other voluntary not for profits to make a lasting difference and beat the Council too.

If you haven&#039;t already, go and get help from Kingston Voluntary Action who work with and for the community, helping build strategic partnerships that can really initiate change, give training and advice on advocacy and development- there might even be funding available for projects.

Be prepared to write reports and assessments- measuring impact and soft and hard outcomes of such a project is an essential tool to make change happen on a wider scale.

If you have done the Health and Safety your clearly thinking policy and procedure (?) then go the whole hog- you need disability, child protection, crb&#039;s, equal opportunities etc so that you really can work with the whole community.

These aren&#039;t capitalist things, just basic tried and tested methods built up over years by people who give their time to help their cause in not for profits.

Good Luck
